New On the Website
Our webmaster, Craig Surprise, recently received a copy of the amendments to our CC&Rs which homeowners approved at the 2013 annual meeting. He has posted the amendments under 'HOA Documents' on our website at esperanzaestates.net. They make fascinating reading.

Help Cheer Joan Up
Our HOA Treasurer, Joan Moreaux, is recovering from recent knee surgery at Santa Rita Care Center in GV, and would enjoy a card or phone call.  Her direct line is (520) 352-3075, and she is in room 218.  She expects to be there for about 2 weeks.
