Theft
A U.S. flag and pole were removed/stolen from a home
on Ensalmo on Sunday, August 3, between 9:00 a.m. and
noon while the residents were gone. If you noticed
anything strange or anyone that did not belong in
the area, please notify Mary
Beth Wallace at
399-0299.

Weed
Patrol on the Move
The EE weed
eradication program has been reinitiated for control of
monsoon-caused weeds. The areas done first are those which are
the most visible, but all of the common areas in the subdivision
will be sprayed over the next few days. The blue-green coloring
you observe is a harmless, vegetable-based dye, used to show the
areas covered, and it will dissipate within a few days.

Owners (except quads) are reminded that it is your
responsibility for weed control in your own yard. We have had
good cooperation on this in recent years, and we ask that all
owners continue to abide by the HOA rules that require regular
yard maintenance and that yards be maintained weed-free. |

Back in the Swim Again
The unofficial EE Pool Patrol welcomes Gary
Thompson back into the water again. Long
responsible for opening the pool in cool weather, adding
water in hot weather and noting chemical levels in the
morning, he's been in dry dock for several weeks. It's good
to hear that early morning splash again.
Other members of the Pool Patrol who keep the waters open
are Richard
Magnuson, Bruce Liljegren, Del Bean, Judith Lang and,
of course Tom
Cooke. Members of the Wet Set thank them all.
