Monday Morning Memo  -------------------------June 23

Good Morning:

Another beautiful day in Esperanza Estates.

And things are definitely slowing down now that summer and triple digit days are upon us.

Something to look forward to is the Hospitality Committee's July 4th Celebration on Fri. July 4th. Happy Hour is at 5:30pm and it is BYOB. Set ups provided by the committee.

Dinner is at 6:00 pm and includes Grilled Italian sausage, peppers, onions, beans, potato Salad and watermelon. The charge is $5.00 per person. Don't miss it!

Palm Trees...Palm Trees...Palm Trees... ARE YOURS TRIMMED?

Pool Update:
  

We closed the pool on Sat as it was cloudy and needed to be shocked with chemicals to clarify the water. It remained closed much of Sun as it cleared up. Monday, Green Valley Pools and Spas will be changing the sand in the filter in the pump room which will help the filtering process. They tell me you will still be able to swim while they work on the filter.

The extremely high daytime temperatures has also caused us to leave the pool cover open at night to take advantage of the cooler nighttime temps. 

Green Valley Pools and Spas are here regularly   Mon., Wed., and Fri. to clean the pool and adjust chemicals as needed. They are the only ones that adjust chemicals. We have a big pool and adjustments can and do take place over a matter of days.

Tom is back, yippee, and will put out the memo in the weeks to come. Hope you all have a wonderful week.
