EE's Independence Day Celebration
There won't be fireworks, but the Hospitality Committee (firecrackers themselves) has some plans for a bang up time on July 4th.  And, you don't have to cook a thing.

When:  July 4th, 4:30 pm

Where:  Ramada

Cost: $4 per person 

Menu: Sloppy Joes, cole slaw, chips

Bring:  A dessert, if the spirit moves you

No Aqua Exercise Tuesday Afternoon
No instructor is available for the 3 pm session on Tuesday.  Regular participants are invited to meet in a self-directed group.  Pool users should find the pool temperature more comfortable thanks to Ben Sheffield and Del Bean.

Palm Tree Deadline Looms
Reminder that the HOA absolutely requires that tall palms on your property be trimmed as a safety issue. The deadline is June 30. Your cooperation in this matter will be appreciated, and it is in the best interests of you, and your neighbors, to do the necessary trimming. The HOA uses Monstrosity Tree Service because they do a good job at a fair price. Owners are free to use anyone they please, however. You can contact Monstrosity at: (520) 230-7131 or (520) 625-TREE, and they can do the trimming even if you are not in residence.

Fiber Arts Still Going Strong
The Fiber Arts group doesn't let the heat stop them. Sitting at the Ramada knitting wool socks, sweaters and shawls when it's 102 degrees doesn't deter these determined knitters. In fact, thinking about the weather when they'll be wearing their new creations keeps them cool (sort of). New knitters of any experience level are always welcome.
