The jets in our Spa are still not operational but should be fixed today.  It is still ok to use without the jets.  Pool and Spa covers still need to remain off as the new surfaces continue to cure.

The main pool heater is apparently not working and we will have it looked at today.  In the meantime the solar heater is doing a good job, but the pool may be several degrees lower than normal until regular heater is available to augment the solar.

Next Monday, May 31st is the Memorial Day Party at the Ramada. Cocktail Hour is at 5:00pm with dinner at 6:00pm.  The menu includes all meat Hot Dogs, Buns w/condiments, Potato Salad, Baked Beans and Beverages -- including beer, sodas, water, and set-ups. BYOB. Cost is $5.00 per person.
Remember to bring an item or two for the food bank.
This will be another fun outing put on by the Hospitality Committee, chaired by Scottie Blum, Sam Barnard, and Norma Stanley.

How's your roof?  The monsoon season will be on us before we know it.  If you haven't had your roof checked recently, now is the time to do it.  It may need a new coating or repair.  Don't wait for the rains to let you know you waited too long.  This tip from a neighbor which I thought made good sense to pass along.
