Bylaws Change Discussion Today
Today at 3 pm in the Ramada, Board designee Ben Sheffield will be available to answer questions about several proposed changes to the EE HOA CC&Rs and Bylaws. The changes include the limitation of Board action taken without a membership meeting, removal of provisions for proxy votes, the Board's power to determine assessments, and changes to the voting percentage necessary to amend the Bylaws. The changes are designed to bring our Bylaws into compliance with Arizona statutes. All EE homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Pickleballers Postpone
Looking for slightly warmer temperatures, the EE Pickleball contingent has moved its morning starting time to 9 am. Meet them there on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays to join the fun.

Afternoon Water Aerobics
Get fit and feel good with 60 minutes of aqua exercise starting this week at 3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bring buoys if you have them. Every "body" in EE is welcome. Where else can you exercise with only your head visible?

Escape the Kitchen on Tuesday Night
Tuesday, November 13th is Burger Night, again, in EE. Our ever-active Hospitality Committee will be serving up grilled hamburgers, cheeseburgers and veggie burgers with chips and beverages for just $6. Socializing begins at the Ramada at 4:30 pm.

EE Public Arts Club Meets
The EE Public Arts Club will meet on Wednesday, November 14 at 10 am in the Ramada. Art projects for fun and fund-raising, and plans for park enhancement are on the agenda.

You, too can be an "award winning photographer."  Send your best shot of EE to droessel@mac.com or deliver them to 801 Circulo Napa. Your photo could appear in the Periodico next month. Hurry, the deadline is November 16th.

Ramada Reserved for Private Function
Sunday, November 18, the Ramada is reserved for a private party. Set-up begins on Saturday. The pool, of course, will still be available for use. Wi-Fi users will find available seating in the pool deck area. Want to use the Ramada for your private gathering? EE residents need only to mark the date on the calendar in the Ramada kitchen area.

Movie at the Ramada
They're back!  No, not the poltergeists or the snowbirds at Safeway. It's the EE Movie Nights at the Ramada. Our EE Arts Club is sponsoring weekly Sunday night movies on the BIG screen. Starting time is 6 pm. A donation of $2 per person is suggested. Upcoming movie information will be posted in the Ramada.
If you want to be added to a special mailing list for movies and concerts, send an email to Kevin Welsh at welsh.kj@gmail.com. Kevin will update you with more information about the weekly movies. Kevin would also like feedback on movie selections.
