Good Morning:

Got a note from Mary Beth Wallace, Neighborhood Watch Committee Chair, that if your local phone number, or cell phone number has changed to notify her by email at merrymary7@q.com, or call her at 399-0299. The EEHOA directory will be published in Dec., but is being worked on right now, and will be available at the Jan. HOA annual meeting. Residents that have a directory check your street and alpha listing to make sure the number we have is correct. If you are aware of any errors in the current directory you might also contact her.

She also said she has applications for the Lock boxes and southwest Ambulance subscription available.

Remember the first Hospitality Committee Hamburger night is scheduled for this Tuesday Oct 13th, beginning at 5:00pm, at the Ramada. Hamburger,Chips and a soft drink for $5.00. It will be fun to see returning winter residents. No reservations needed so plan to attend.

Got this note from Tess Ewing.

"The E.E. Enhancement Team was delighted with some recent news.  Lynn and Jon  Raby of 821 Napa are donating all the proceeds of their Oct 23 moving sale to the team with the understanding any money realized go toward the purchase of more Sun/Wind screens for the Sunset Ramada.  The Enhancement Team will be holding another fund raiser this fall.  Depending on funds raised the Team hopes to order the blinds and have them installed before the cold evenings are with us. More about the Fun fundraiser later..." The sale at 821 Napa starts at 7:30am on Friday Oct 23rd.

The Hazardous waste collection available in Green Valley is back on track at least for this collection and scheduled for Sat.Oct 17th. Future dates are still up in the air. As in the past it will be held from 8:00am to NOON in the Valley Presbyterian Church Parking Lot (2800 S. Camino del Sol) I have posted a notice of all the items accepted on the Ramada Bulletin Board if you have questions.

Here is a reminder that the GV Public Library is closed today for Columbus Day.

Remember to check our Website: www.esperanzaestates.net.

I have enjoyed recently giving this web site address to friends and relatives that have never visited, just to show them what they are missing, and where we live.

Hope you have a good week.

Bruce
