Good Morning:
Technical
(computer) problems last week caused the late transmission of
the Memo, and not all were able to receive it. The recent
arrival of Craig Surprise, our webmaster and computer wizard,
should alleviate these problems and we hope to be able to
transmit in the future in our normal format.
As a matter of interest,
the Memo now goes out to 261 households.
The big news this week is
the first fall Hamburger Nite, tomorrow (Tuesday, October 12) at
Sunset Ramada, beginning at 4:30 with cocktails, and 5:00 table
service. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and veggie-burgers are
available, with chips and a drink, for the nominal sum of only
$5.00. Please bring a can of food for the Food Bank, which
continues to seriously need our help!
The first fall Free
Coffee and Donuts will be held this Wednesday, October 13th,
at the Ramada at 8:00 a.m. Come on down and enjoy a cup and a
donut with your neighbors. No meeting, no agenda, no axe to
grind--just a social time with friends.
Recently a resident that
lives on Nueva while out walking found a 'Precision Glucose
Monitor' which is now in the possession of Neighborhood Watch.
The owner can contact 399-0299 to claim it.

The October EE Board meeting will be held next Monday, October
18, at the Ramada at 1:00 p.m.
