Movie -- Early Start Time
This week's movie on Wednesday at 6:30 at the Ramada is Patton, a 1970 American epic biographical film about U.S. General George S. Patton during World War II. It stars George C. Scott and Karl Malden. Due to the length of the film, the show will start at 6:30. Thanks to Jane and Eric Ellingson for sponsoring this event.

Volunteers Needed
The HOA is still looking for homeowners willing to serve on the Board of Directors. Several individuals have volunteered to serve on Architectural Control, but the Board would also like to find an additional person who is here full time. AEDs
Reminder that our HOA has HeartSmart defibrillators in the pool area at the Ramada and at the pickleball courts. The more people who know how to use them, the better. The GV Fire District offers classes regularly on Saturday mornings, at either the GVFD Headquarters Training Center, 1285 W. Camino Encanto, or at Anamax Park in Sahuarita. Visit their website at gvfire.org for more information on their training. GVR offers classes for their members each month at the Desert Hills Auditorium. You can find the complete schedule in their newsletter, GVR Now. The schedule for the classes in October is: 10/9 Wed. 2-4 p.m., 10/12 Sat. 10a.m.-12p.m., 10/23 Wed. 6-8 p.m.
