Wednesday Night Movie at 7:15 at the Ramada
This week's film is Million Dollar Baby starring Clint Eastwood and Hilary Swank. A determined woman works with a hardened trainer to become a professional boxer. The film won an Academy Award for best picture, Hilary Swank won for best actress and Clint Eastwood won for best director.

The incredible volunteerism of our residents is one of the best aspects of Esperanza Estates. Looking for a way to help the HOA without a huge time commitment or having to attend meetings? Periodically sweeping up in the Ramada and cleaning the kitchen countertop would be the perfect volunteer opportunity. Just do it when you think the area needs it. This wouldn't be a formal "sweeper in chief" position. In fact, you could do the work anonymously, and if several people wound up doing it at different times, so much the better. Helpful Hints for HOA Happiness
The Board is aware that not everyone reads and understands EE's CC&Rs and Rules, so they have asked the Monday Morning Memo to include reminders of issues that often occur, disrupting the peace and harmony of our community. We are paraphrasing and abbreviating the CC&Rs and Rules, so if an item applies to you, read the full applicable section of the CC&Rs or Rules or call a Board member for clarification.
Here's our latest hint: You can't park your RV in your driveway or on the street except for a brief stop (not more than 48 continuous hours) to load or unload. You can't circumvent the restriction by moving the vehicle and returning it.
