Wednesday Night Movie
Manchester-by-the-Sea. After the death of his older brother Joe, Lee Chandler is shocked to learn that Joe has made him sole guardian of his nephew Patrick. Taking leave of his job, Lee reluctantly returns to Manchester-by-the-Sea to care for Patrick, a spirited 15-year-old, and is forced to deal with a past that separated him from his wife Randi and the community where he was born and raised. Bonded by the man who held their family together, Lee and Patrick struggle to adjust to a world without him. Showtime is 7:15 p.m. at the Ramada. Thanks to the Ellingsons for sponsoring this event.

Save the Date
The Hospitality Committee has already planned the next event. There'll be a taco bar at the Ramada on August 8. The menu includes tacos, refried beans, dessert, beer and wine for $7.  Start time is 6:00 p.m. to beat the heat.

Are you a seasonal resident wondering how the monsoon season is doing in EE?  Well, it's off to a good start with 3.14 inches the official rainfall total for this month.  But, three ocotillo toppled over this week in the neighborhood.
