Land Acquisition -- We Have a Deal!
After months of hard work, Esperanza Estates, Portillo Place and Ventura West have reached a deal with Las Campanas Community Association and the current owners of the vacant land on Esperanza Blvd.  In a nutshell, Las Campanas will purchase the land, the land will not be developed no matter who may own it in the future, and members of all four HOAs will be able to walk on the property.  Our sincere appreciation to all those who put in so much effort to make this happen.  To read a copy of the land acquisition agreement, click here.

Pledge collection letters have been mailed to EE residents who previously agreed to help fund the purchase. The letters were sent to your address in EE, which means there may be a delay if your mail has been forwarded to a summer address or you are traveling.  If you do not receive your letter in the next few days, you can print out a copy of the letter (click here) for instructions on how to send in your pledge.

If you did not make a pledge, but would now like to support the purchase, your contribution would be much appreciated. Click here to print the letter to send with your pledge. We need to receive the pledge funds by August 15.
Please note: when the actual deed has been recorded, a copy will be posted on the EE website.
