The pool will be closed on Tuesday, June 11, starting at 6:00 AM so that the palms can be trimmed.
The work will hopefully be completed by noon.

Board to Meet Monday June 17
The last EE HOA Board meeting of the summer is scheduled for Monday, June 17 at 1 pm.

Summer Comfort at the Pickleball Courts
Happy news for summer pickleball players. The HOA will soon be installing a solar panel to run a fan and a beverage cooler in the seating area at the courts.

Happy Hour
Happy Hour at the Ramada will take a hiatus until the fall.

Tall Palm Trimming By June 30
Homeowners may hire any firm they wish to do the work. Monstrosity Tree Service contracts with EE to trim trees in our common areas. Homeowners can contact them at (520-230-7131) to schedule trimming on individual properties for $60.00/tree. Trees still untrimmed after June 30 will be trimmed by the HOA with homeowners being billed $80/tree. Questions? Call Dean Hess at 520-780-8995.

Wet Spring = Weeds
The Board would like to remind absent and present homeowners that it is the owners' responsibility to keep the yards in front of their walls weed free over the summer. If they fail to do so, the HOA will have the work done and bill the owner $60.

Helpful Hints for HOA Happiness
The Board is aware that not everyone reads and understands EE's CC&Rs and Rules, so they have asked the Monday Morning Memo to include reminders of issues that often occur, disrupting the peace and harmony of our community. We are paraphrasing and abbreviating the CC&Rs and Rules, so if an item applies to you, read the full applicable section of the CC&Rs or Rules or call a Board member for clarification.
Here's our latest hint: You can't park your RV in your driveway or on the street except for a brief stop (not more than 48 continuous hours) to load or unload. You can't circumvent the restriction by moving the vehicle and returning it.
