Cinco de Mayo Celebration
Thanks to the Hospitality crew for last Friday's
Cinco de Mayo celebration at the Ramada.
Wednesday Night Movie
This week's movie at 7:15 PM at the
Ramada is Casino Royale. Based on Ian Fleming's
first James Bond novel, this spy thriller stars Daniel
Craig as Agent 007. Thanks to Jane and Eric Ellingson for
sponsoring this event.
Make a Wish
Wishing Well Park is now complete. Thanks to Kevin
Welsh, Jeff Rķes and Dean Lockwood for
finishing the arch that replaces the deteriorated
wooden roof over the well. There is also a new steps
railing thanks to Dean Hess. Toss a
coin in the well and hope your wish comes true.
Shredding Event
Long Realty will hold a document shredding and hard
drive recycling event on Saturday, May 11 from
9:00 AM until noon (first-come, first-served)
at Long Realty, 275 Continental Road. A monetary
donation or canned/packaged food item for each box you
bring is requested to benefit the Community Food Bank.
Happy Hour
Happy Hour at the Ramada will start at 4:00
PM on the following Fridays: May
17, May 31, June 7 and June 21. Bring your own beverage,
glasses, utensils, and an appetizer to share.
