Wash Walk
The EE Gardeners will do their first wash walk
and clean up on Wednesday, April 27 at from 8:30 to
10:00 a.m. in the center wash starting at Holgado and
ending at Portillio. Plan on meeting at Mesquite Park on
Holgado at 8:30. Everyone is welcome to help. We suggest
long pants, long sleeve shirt, a hat and gloves. Jim
Copeland will have bags for small stuff, the big items will be
carried to the curb. A good rake, landscape saw, heavy
duty clipper would also help if you have them. Jim will
bring water. |

Book Discussion Group
The group will meet on Tuesday May 3 at
11:00 a.m. at the Ramada to discuss Finding Jake by Bryan
Reardon. |

Poke a Piņata
EE's annual Cinco de Mayo potluck is next Thursday, May
5, at 4:30 p.m. at the Ramada. It's more than
margaritas, folks: It's a fun, colorful fiesta, the last social
event until July 4th, and a good chance to say goodbye to those
heading out for the summer. So don't miss it. Howland
Swift is supplying margaritas, but please bring a dish
to share. |

Book Exchange
If you are leaving for the summer, please consider
donating your 'read' books to the Book Exchange located in the
pool enclosure area at the Ramada. |

his welder to repair a couple of broken tables at the Ramada. |
