Board Meets December 21
Thought there'd be an HOA Board meeting this week?  Nope, this one's scheduled for Monday, December 21 at 1 pm.

Dust Off That Holiday Bargain Sweater  
That sweater that you got for just $40 when it had been marked $250?  The one with the reindeer and glowing lights? It's time to get it out and head to the Ramada on Tuesday at 5 pm (NOTE THIS LATER THAN USUAL START TIME) where your neighbors will be gathering to share smiles and songs of the season as EE Hospitality hosts the Holiday Potluck.  Please bring a hearty appetizer to share.  The Hospitality Committee will provide mulled wine and hot apple cider.  Don't let the weather deter you -- heaters will be on, running at full blast.  Tickets for the Enhancement Team's raffle will be available.
Please remember the GV Food Bank and bring a donation to the Ramada if you can.

Hot Desert Appreciation
The Hot Desert landscaping crew goes "above and beyond" to help our residents and our HOA.  If you would like to contribute to a special holiday gratuity for them, there will be a container for that purpose on the Ramada counter at the holiday party tomorrow, at the Board meeting, and at December's Coffee & Donuts.  Contact Dean Hess (780-8995) if you'd like to contribute but can't attend an event.

The Name Game
Production of the 2015 EE Names and Address Directory starts soon.  Please check the current directory to be sure it lists your correct phone number and that your name appears the way you would like it to.  For example, you may prefer to list your nickname if that's how everyone knows you.  Contact Cheri Day at 207-9830 or Mary Beth Wallace at 399-0299 with any changes.

Dues Due
Reminder that the EEHOA annual Compliance Form and dues notice have been sent out to all EE homeowners.  Dues must be paid by January 1.  If you did not receive this important information, please contact our treasurer, Joan Moreaux, at 648-7515.

EE Board Extends Thanks
The HOA board would like to thank Craig Surprise for stepping up to assess the feasibility of installing solar power at the EE courts.  Now that he's finished upgrading the Wi-Fi equipment at the Ramada, installing new shower-room heaters and reconfiguring the shower curtains to make 'shower suites', upgrading the hearing loop system (with the assistance of Frank McCabe), and assisting many of his neighbors with tech/TV problems, he'll have some time to relax.  Well, maybe after Christmas, after he's climbed into his tiny green sleigh and delivered toys around the globe.
