Board Meeting Today
The EEHOA Board will hold its regular meeting today at
1:00 at the Ramada. All residents are welcome to attend.
It's a great way to learn about what's happening in EE. A copy
of the standard agenda is at the bottom of this memo.
Coffee & Donuts
Jump start your day with complimentary coffee and donuts on
Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. at the Ramada. A good
chance to chat with your neighbors and a very good way for new
residents to get acquainted. Thanks to the Cookes and
the Surprises for sponsoring this event.
Movie Night -- Change of Day
This week only, the movie will be shown on
Thursday rather than Wednesday at 7:00
at the Ramada.
The film is The Graduate, starring
Dustin Hoffman and Anne Bancroft. A disillusioned college
graduate finds himself torn between his older lover and her
daughter. Thanks to Jane and Eric Ellingson for
sponsoring this event.
EE Arts and Crafts Fair
The annual EE arts and crafts
fair will be held on Saturday, December 7
from 9:00 - 1:00. The creative works of our talented EE
residents will be available for sale. The perfect way to do
your holiday shopping or buy a little something special for
yourself. If you would like to be a vendor ($5.00 table
fee), call Robin Lockwood at 612-618-5582.
Vendors must be EE homeowners or residents, but the sale
will be open to the general public.
Time to Decorate Your Lamp Post
 EE has a long-standing tradition of decorating our street light
posts for the holiday season from Thanksgiving to New Years. If
you don't have the time or the energy, or you aren't here during
the holidays, you can enlist the aid of the EE Enhancement Elves.
They will decorate your post for just $10 if you already have
the decorations, or $15 if you don't. If you need a plug
adapter for the lamp socket, the charge is an additional $2.00,
but the adapter is then yours. The charge includes both putting
up and removing the decorations. The Elves start right after
Thanksgiving and the deadline for requesting
this service is December 2 (Santa has first
dibs on them after that.) If you want the Elves to work their
magic at your lamp post, call Jackie Rautio at
520-269-7864 or 602-206-3354. They do extremely nice work.

EEHOA is managed by a volunteer board of directors. Nine
volunteers are on this board. Each year the HOA has an
election for three new board members. The term for a board
member is three years and three board member terms are up
for replacement every three years. I am chairing the
nominating committee for the 2020 election. I would like to
encourage residents to volunteer for this board by entering
their name for this upcoming election. Please contact me at

Have Space in Your Garage?
The Enhancement Team is seeking a garage to use to store large
items for the Ramada Sale to be held in March.

in charge. Bring an appetizer to share. Bring your own

before you leave.

need to write the article, just give us the facts. If an
