A Spooky Party The Hospitality Committee's Halloween pizza party on Wednesday, October 31, at the Ramada will be pure treat and no trick. Happy hour starts at 4:30 PM and dinner will be served at 5:00.  A DJ will provide music after dinner to keep the party going. Price is $8.00.  Costumes are optional; be creative and relive your fondest childhood memories of Halloween.

Pool Costs Reduced Kudos to Doug Syme for installing flow gauges on the pool & spa water circulation/filtering systems. The gauges will allow us to program the optimum speeds for both variable-speed pumps, thus minimizing power consumption and lowering our Trico bill while maintaining the county-mandated filtration rate for both bodies of water. The tremendous volunteer efforts we have in EE, including this one, continue to benefit us all.

Ramada Cleaning Have you noticed the much cleaner Ramada? We can thank Freeport McMoRan. They sent a crew of two - which grew to four - who spent nearly four hours on Saturday with a power washer and countless towels spraying and wiping the tables, chairs, counters and floors. All of this at no charge to Esperanza Estates. We appreciate them stepping up to correct the problem created by their dust!

Attention EE Artisans It's time to start preparing for EE's annual Arts & Crafts Sale on Saturday, December 1, from 10:00 AM to noon at the Ramada.  The sale will be open to the public, so it's a good way to give your creations wide exposure. More Road Work ADOT plans to close the off-ramp from southbound Interstate 19 to Continental Road in Green Valley on Tuesday, Oct. 30, and Wednesday, Oct. 31, for guardrail installation.  Crews are scheduled to complete the work between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.  During those hours, drivers should use alternate exits into Green Valley.  The southbound on-ramp and the northbound ramps will remain open during this work.
